Items that are not custom ordered can be returned. They must be in NEW condition and able to be sold as NEW.
Items returned in the first 30 days from date on the Invoice , will be credited to the card payment , less the cost of outgoing shipping and up to 15% restocking charge.
Items returned after the 30 days will receive credit to be used in future orders , less the outgoing shipping cost.
All return shipping cost is to be paid by Customer.
We will send you a Label to return the package.
NRE must be notified of the error within 15 days of the delivery date.
Custom orders can not be returned.
